
ACI is pleased to announce the publication of a French language Directory of organizations and individuals working in social justice and conflict transformation in Francophone Africa. This directory was produced with funding from USAID and can be downloaded here (36 Mb).

ACI’s Health Department regularly publishes a two page newsletter in French to share ACI’s innovative experiences. The first newsletter presented multisectoral, integrated management (GIM) of the response to HIV and AIDS on the Regional level in Senegal. To read the first newsletter, click here (2,8 Mb). The second newsletter published in April 2010, tells the story of ACI's role in helping UNDP to develop its innovative "HIV and Development" training model in the early nineties and the ongoing value of this approach. Adélie Breil is a 21 year old French intern at ACI. She is currently studying foreign languages and management of humanitarian and intercultural projects at the Université de Provence (France). From April 2 through June 17, 2011 Adélie is working with ACI Language and Study Abroad Staff to document the student experience at ACI. Read her blog about the recent Saint Lawrence program of eight students and three faculty members who came down from their French Study Abroad program in Rouen from April 17 to 23 to learn about another aspect of francophone culture.
