Consultations

ACI has provided consultants in response to requests from numerous international organizations, including Family Care International, Family Health International, GTZ, Lutheran World Relief, the Soros Foundation’s Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA), the Population Council, PSI, USAID, World Education and World Vision among others.

ACI has provided HIV and Development and Life Skills training for Peace Corps staff , volunteers and their local counterparts in Benin, Cameroun, Senegal and Togo,  and worked with the Peace Corps to develop an AIDS film for Senegalese truck drivers. ACI has also conducted HIV and Development training for government, civil society and the private sector in Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, the Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Mali, Senegal and Togo.

Over the years ACI has provided HIV and Development and Life Skills Training for the staff of international NGOs such as Catholic Relief Services, GTZ, the International Red Cross, Plan International, Save The Children Sweden, World Education, World Vision, the YMCA and others and for Private Sector organizations such as: Banque Internationale pour le Commerce et l’Industrie au Sénégal (BICIS), British American Tobacco, • Chemin de Fer du Sénégal and TOTAL

Exceptionnally in 2010-2011, a team of ACI consultants  assisted the Japanese Aid Agency,  JICA to develop a platform and website to encourage more Japanese NGOs to work in Senegal.
